ALL estimates provided by MichaelJamesGFX are exactly that, an estimate of time. This is not a guarantee of actual time nor is it a “not-to-exceed” time. We will contact you if more time is needed than estimated to complete your project.
No work will begin on your project until you have replied to our emailed estimate with your approval. Nor will any work begin until you have paid a 50% deposit.
Please submit any content you wish to be included in any design-related project digitally, such as an email, a digital file (ie. PDF, .DOCX), or through our website forms. Handwritten or scanned content requires additional time (and an additional cost to you). Although we make an effort to check for errors, we are not responsible for proof-reading your supplied text. The content given to us will be used as provided.
All proof approvals for your projects must be submitted either through our website or email. No verbal approvals will be accepted.
MichaelJamesGFX accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project committed to print or production, including any changes or amendment requested after final approval. We do the very best we can to make each piece perfect, but it is the sole responsibility of the client to proof every element.
Our turn-around time varies from project to project. If not stated in written documentation, we’ll be happy to discuss this at the beginning of the project.
Payment terms are 50% deposit to start the job and 50% at time of completion. Once a job has been completed and approved, no artwork will be delivered to the client until final payment has been made in full.
We work with several third-party printers that we trust but are NOT affiliated with. MichaelJamesGFX is not responsible for any costs incurred for printing, reprints, printing errors or disputes of any kind. MichaelJamesGFX has no liability financial or otherwise for your printed products.
Outside of the keywords and basic SEO we incorporate in your web site, we are not responsible for search engine promotion or marketing of any kind.
Websites are developed and created using trusted, common, and up-to-date development standards. However, hacking attacks are a reality with any public website. MichaelJamesGFX (and its people) are NOT responsible for any security-related issues or breaches once a client website has been launched. If a breach were to occur, we will do what we can to assist in getting the compromised website back up and functioning properly.
We retain full ownership of any design concepts and related materials we produce for any given project. Once a final concept/product is delivered to a client and full payment is received, ownership rights of said concept transfer to the client. Unused concepts remain the property of MichaelJamesGFX.
