Do you use stock templates in your designs?
Each design is unique and tailored to each customer, so you never have to worry about another company having the same design theme as yours.
What if I don’t like a design?
One of the beautiful things about this service is there are no charges for revisions. Just let us know what you like and don’t like and we’ll get a revised proof to you.
Where are the designers located?
Our designers are currently based in the United States of America, in Gilbert, Arizona. We do not outsource our design services.
How long does it take to get a design project back?
We work hard to meet any deadline you may have for any given project. If for some reason a project takes longer to complete, you will be notified immediately. If its only a simple task, revision, or update to something previously created, you’ll usually get it back same day. Equally if its a complex request, it may take longer for completion. Most jobs we turnaround in 1 day or less, if its big expect it to take a little longer. Also note we currently don’t work weekends.
How do I keep track of all the design jobs that I submit?
We use Online Project Management Tools. With each subscription plan you will be given your very own login to be able to submit, monitor and comment on your projects in a real-time interface to streamline the design process. You will be able to assign project due dates, set priorities, and always be connected with your designer. You also have the option to invite as many of your team members as you like to collaborate on any design project.
Do I really get a 14 Day Risk Free Trial?
Yes, If after 14 days you are unhappy with our design(s) we will issue a full refund as long as you have not approved a design and already received the final art files.
Do you offer printing services as well?
Yes, we do offer printing services. Just let us know what your printing needs are and we will get you a print estimate emailed over to you.
Can I move up and down plans?
Absolutely! Alot of our customers like to change plans depending on how much work they will need each month. The beauty of this service is that there are no contracts, so you can pause, or upgrade your plan at any time.
How are payments processed?
We use PayPal, a leading payment gateway to process payments. We don’t store or even see your credit card details. PayPal stores them securely for us. A PayPal account is not required, it’s just how we process payments.
